Questions, answered.
Everything drivers ask before booking — and the honest answers we give in the studio.
For a daily driver, a full detail every 4–6 months keeps paint and interior in top condition, with maintenance washes in between. Garage-kept or coated vehicles can stretch to twice a year.
A full detail covers a multi-stage exterior wash, decontamination, wheels, glass and trim outside, plus deep vacuuming, extraction, leather care and dressing inside — finished with a protective layer.
Our professional coatings last 2–5 years depending on the package and maintenance. Annual inspection washes keep the hydrophobic behaviour at its peak.
Swirls, haze and light scratches that sit in the clear coat can usually be removed with machine correction. Deep scratches through to primer can be minimised and touched up — we assess every panel under inspection lighting first.

Maintenance details take 2–3 hours, full details a full day, and correction or coating projects 2–4 days. You get a firm timeline before we begin.

Appointments keep our bays and specialists dedicated to your car, so booking ahead is strongly recommended. Same-week slots are common — request yours here or call (512) 555-0148.
Yes. After any full detail, correction or coating, you can join a quarterly or monthly maintenance plan at a reduced rate — the easiest way to keep protection performing and paint swirl-free.
For 2–3 hour maintenance details, yes — coffee, Wi-Fi and a viewing window into the bay. For full-day and multi-day work, most customers drop off; we send photo updates as the work progresses.
Wash every 2–4 weeks with pH-neutral shampoo, avoid automatic brush washes, and return once a year for an inspection wash. Every coating leaves with an aftercare kit and a one-page guide.
All major cards, bank transfer and cash. A 20% deposit secures multi-day correction, coating and film bookings; the balance is due at handover after your final walk-around.
