Terms of Service

Quotes and bookings

Every service begins with an inspection and a written quote. Your booking is confirmed once we agree the scope, price and timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Deposits and payment

Maintenance and single-day details require no deposit. Multi-day correction, coating and film work requires a 20% deposit to reserve the bay; the balance is due at handover after your final walk-around. We accept all major cards, bank transfer and cash.

Cancellations

Life happens. Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your slot. Deposits for late cancellations (under 48 hours) are retained as a bay fee; no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Results and expectations

We document condition before work and set honest expectations — including what cannot be fixed. Deep scratches, failed clear coat and structural damage are identified at inspection, never discovered at pickup.

Warranties

Ceramic coatings carry 2, 3 or 5-year written warranties subject to the aftercare guide and annual inspection washes. Protection film carries the manufacturer's 10-year warranty against yellowing, cracking and delamination. Warranty claims require the vehicle to be presented for inspection.

Vehicles in our care

Your vehicle is stored inside our locked facility, driven only as required for the service, and covered by our garage-keepers insurance while on site. Please remove valuables and personal items before drop-off.
