The challenge
Two children, one Labrador, countless road trips. The leather had dried pale on the bolsters, the third row hid fossilised snacks, and a spilled milk incident the previous summer still announced itself on warm days.
Work performed
Full strip of removable items, compressed-air blow-out, hot-water extraction of every fabric surface, leather deep clean with three conditioning passes, steam detailing of vents and rails, enzyme treatment for the milk odour, and matte dressing throughout.
The result
Leather colour deepened two shades back toward factory, all staining lifted, and the odour fully neutralised — verified with a next-day sniff test before handover. The owners booked a maintenance plan on the spot.
